ProteinMax Pancake Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

 

Nut milk of your choice

2 x mashed Bananas

2 x scoops Organic ProteinMax Original or Chocolate

1 x cup of Porridge Oats (prefer Gluten Free)

1 x cup of Buckwheat or plain Flour 

1 x teaspoon of Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon 

 

Method:

 

Mix all your ingredients together thoroughly and add your choice of nut milk to make the consistency of your pancakes how you'd like them

Fry in Coconut Oil

Cook first side of pancake for 4-5 minutes before flipping

Keep pancakes warm whilst you make your chocolate sauce

 

For the Chocolate Sauce:

 

280 ml Nut milk of your choice

3 - 4 x tablespoons of Clever Choc Original 

1 tablespoon of Coconut Sugar

1 teaspoon of Arrowroot dissolved in 2 teaspoons of warm water (this thickens the mixture)

Pinch of salt

 

Stir everything together over a low heat until your chocolate sauce has thickened to your desired consistency. 

 

Serve with your choice of toppings such as sliced banana, dark fruits and a dash of Maple Syrup!
